He was liable for the French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec at UBS Warburg. Charles Rosier was offered a job at a reputable organisation named Goldman Sachs in 1999. After taking the offer, he was hired as their Managing Director.

Charles Rosier worked at Goldman Sachs as the Managing Director from 2009 to 2010. GMS or Goldman Sachs is one of the best-known investment banks around the world. In his position as their Managing Director, he paid much attention to public asset management.
At the Venice film festival, a film supported by Charles Rosier and directed by an excellent Italian screenwriter, won a Silver Lion award.
